Following graduation from Dundee Dental School in 2003 Will moved to Aberdeen. During his career, Will has gained over a decade’s worth of experience as a dental practice owner. He considers his greatest professional achievement to be completing his Diploma (with merit) in Aesthetic Dentistry from the University of Kings College London. As a result of his further training, he was fortunate enough to attended a number of residential placements at the world famous LONDEC Post-Graduate Training Centre. Here he gained great inspiration from being taught by some of the world’s leading aesthetic dentists.

Since graduation Mr. Doherty has also developed an interest in restoring Dental Implants and Cosmetic Dentistry. He is a certified provider of Six Month Smiles, Inman Aligner and Clearsmile Cosmetic Braces. Will is also trained in many of the other advance techniques available in modern dentistry. Nowadays, much of Will’s time is devoted to the smooth running of Kintore Dental Practice and our sister practice Inverurie Dental Practice.

Outside of dentistry, he is passionate about almost all sports. His favourite pastime is following his beloved England Rugby Union. When not spending time with his wife Judith and their two young children Freddy and Heidi, Will can be found walking the hills and woodlands of Aberdeenshire. The family dogs Isla & Zeph need alot of walking! Will also enjoys playing golf and spending time with his friends and family.
