Complaints

We aim to provide the highest standard of care. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care or our service, please tell us so we can put it right.

How to complain to the practice

You can complain in person, by phone on 01467 530575, by email to info@kintoredentalpractice.co.uk, or in writing to the Practice Manager, Kintore Dental Practice, Units 4&5 Midmill Parade, Kintore, AB51 0UY.

Please complain within six months of the event, or of when you became aware of the problem. We may still consider later complaints in some circumstances.

What happens next

  • Stage 1: we try to resolve your complaint quickly, within five working days.
  • Stage 2: if it needs investigating, or you are not satisfied, we acknowledge it within three working days and aim to give you a full written response within 20 working days. If we need longer, we will tell you why.
